This is a small blog entry just to let people know that another solar wind is predicted to arrive (it is already on its way) on Friday 01/14/2011 (and in some places on Saturday). It seems that the geomagnetic field is already responding with a slight and noticeable intensification, as evidenced by the red color on the chart. The predictor site says that Aurora activity will be quiet for a while. But some auroras have appeared anyway, over Russia and Norway, with this kind of red intensity.
